About the role

• Being a key face from the people team to our shop teams, living the culture.  
• Knowing all the Shop Managers and as many of the teams as possible.
• Love and understand all elements of delivering amazing coffee and customer service in the brand.
• Working closely with the Operations, Head Office and Nero teams to ensure excellent support and cooperation.
• Delivering training and workshops at all levels from inductions onwards.
• Supporting the growth journey of our people through Personal Growth Journeys.  
• Helping people to play to their strengths and be their best self.
• Developing and maintaining online learning.   Monitoring and managing engaging content, ensuring learning plans are in place as required.
• Working on projects to strive for continuous improvement in our people programs.  All elements of the learning cycle from learning needs analysis through to evaluation.
• Completing ad hoc projects as required e.g. systems changes, food/beverage launches, new shop openings.
• Presenting at Area Meetings and following all necessary communication channels.
• Any other duties to support the team as required.

Skills
• An amazing track record of growing your people and yourself.
• A background in Operations at Manager Level
• Been in a full time learning and development role for at least 2 years
• Experience of creating online content
• Experience of all elements of the learning and development cycle
• Great organization skills and ability to work independently
