o Leading a shift - Lead an organised shift to deliver a better coffee experience.
o Making and delivering shop plans - Support with creating + executing on a Shop Plan to continuously improve your shop.
o Customer + Quality - Create loyal fans of H+H by delivering an amazing customer experience, and champion speciality coffee + famous food. Every visit.
o The H+H Way – Ensuring your shop and team are clean, safe, secure + legal. Always.
o Support People - Support with cultivating a high performing, happy team. From recruitment, to Shadow Shifts, performance conversations + disciplinaries – You’ll help.
o Champion community - Make local friends within your community by supporting great causes and holding events.
o The Essentials - Maintain an organised back office by keeping on top of admin + ensure data, scheduling, ordering and cash are 100% accurate.

We are looking for a competant leader to help assist the manager in the daily runnings of our quirky coffee shop. Someone with a passion for coffee who is eager to learn, happy to help and keen to progress. The job role requires, hospitality and managment experience. Please note, this is a temporary 32 hour contract to cover maternity; though depending on circumstance, a perminant contract can be discussed.
