About the role

We currently have a Store Manager vacancy in our Chelsea Shop, at Imperial Wharf.

Our Store Managers wear a variety of hats. Whether it’s organising and guiding the team, coaching others, opening and closing a shift or rolling their sleeves up to get stuck into delighting our customers – their role sits at the heart of a successful store. Our Store Managers act like owners of their own store, championing our vision of Great Coffee and Happy People. We are growing and need Store Managers who are keen to develop their skills and grow with us!

o   Champion amazing customer service by acting as a role model for our teams.  Roll your sleeves up to do whatever is needed on store floor to deliver a great customer experience, every time.

o   Cultivate a happy and high performing team. Develop your team within their roles ensuring they can be their best self at work, and support their growth and progression.

o   Own all things Health & Safety including fire safety, COSHH, RIDDOR and Food Standards.

o   Cashing up and accurately reconciling money in the till at the end of shifts.  Take responsibility for all cash handling processes and train your team to ensure standards are met.

o   Deftly handling customer complaints to always create new friends of Harris + Hoole.

o   Giving your all in building a happy team and thriving local community around your cluster or store.
